OSHA 10 Construction
Our OSHA 10-Hour Construction course is part of the OSHA Outreach training program. The course is delivered virtual and upon successful completion you will receive an official DOL OSHA 10-Hour Construction Completion Card.

This course is intended for construction workers and supervisors, and anyone involved in the construction industry.
OSHA recommends Outreach Training Program courses as an orientation to occupational safety and health for workers. Workers must receive additional training, when required by OSHA standards, on the specific hazards of the job.

- Introduction to OSHA
- Struck-By and Caught-In or Between Hazards
- Electrical Safety
- Excavation Safety
- Fall Protection
- Crane Safety
- Ladder Safety
- Materials Handling
- Permit-Required Confined Spaces
- Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Scaffold Safety
What are the course requirements?
OSHA limits all OSHA Outreach Training (classroom and online) to a maximum of 7.5 hours training per day in all OSHA 10-Hour courses. As a result, all OSHA 10-Hour courses must be delivered over a minimum of two days.
You must spend at least 10 hours in the course to complete it.
Additionally, OSHA requires 10-Hour online training must be completed within 6 months from the date when you start the course
Upon successful completion of our OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety course we immediately provide you with a temporary Completion Certificate that you can print. Your official DOL OSHA 10-Hour card will be mailed directly to you. The card is signed by the course's OSHA-Authorized Trainer.
Please note that only students within OSHA's jurisdiction (the 50 States and certain U.S. Territories) may receive a DOL card.
